Rev. Phil Smith
I grew up in northern Maine and began my music ministry there at the age of 15 when I became the church pianist. In 1987 I moved to North Carolina to attend Southeastern FWB College, then started serving the Lord full time in 1995 when I was hired as Music & Youth pastor in New Bern NC.
I eventually answered the call to preach and pastored for 25 years in NC and ME. In Dec 2025 I returned to my ministry roots in music and I'm so thankful for the opportunity God has given me to serve the dear folks at White Oak Hill FWB Church. To Him be all glory.
"I will sing unto the Lord, because He hath dealt bountifully with me"
Psalm 13:6
Bro. Randy Bissette
White Oak Hill has been my home church all my life. I am married to my wonderful wife, Faye, and we have 3 great children who have grown up in this church as well. I grew up loving hymns, piano, and organ music played and sung by our church family. I was a musician for over 20 years before becoming Music Director. I now have the great opportunity to lead our church in praise to our wonderful Lord and Savior. God has been good to me and He deserves all praise! To God be the glory, great things He hath done!
