Our College and Career group is made up of those who graduated out of our Youth Group and those who have begun life in the workforce. This group is very involved in serving the Lord through the various ministries of the church. Ministries like the praise team, welcoming team, drama team are just a few examples. These young people also gather once a month for fellowship (usually at the youth pastor’s house).
Our Sonshine Club is comprised of those mostly 50 and older and has a great time of enjoyment and fellowship every time they meet. The Senior Citizens meet on the first Saturday of each month. They also go on trips and outings on other occasions. These are always wonderful times of food, fellowship, and encouragement from God’s Word.
Men's Prayer Breakfast is at 7 AM on the First Sunday of Every Month. Men of all ages gather once a month to enjoy great food, fellowship, devotional, and a time of prayer.
Our WAC (Women Active For Christ) Branch here at White Oak Hill is our WOW (Women Of White Oak) Ministry. Women Nationally Active for Christ is an auxiliary arm of the National Association of Free Will Baptists. We exist to help each woman fulfill the Great Commission through her God-designed roles in the home, church, community, and world. Recognizing and respecting pastoral leadership, WNAC desires to assist local congregations in implementing and encouraging thriving Bible-based, outwardly focused women’s groups and networking them together in order to accomplish greater Kingdom goals. For more information about WNAC visit the following link: www.wnac.org. White Oak Hill WAC is an active member of WNAC as a women’s ministry of the National Association of Free Will Baptist. It is our goal as a local WAC group to help our women find their role in the Great Commission. We are actively engaged in Bible Study, planning and organizing some church events, supporting missionaries, and helping those in need. White Oak Hill WAC is a ministry outreach arm of White Oak Hill Church, directly under the leadership of our pastor. We average around 20 ladies in our group and are always looking to invite others to join us. Come and see what you have been missing!
Our Be The Change ministry consists of young mothers. These moms get together for godly fellowship once a month. The goal is to grow in Christ and encourage one another.
Our Prayer Ministry is one that we call on weekly. Many times we will receive urgent prayer requests and the Pastor will send a phone tree asking for our Prayer Warriors to take those needs to the Lord.
Our Lydia Class is another one of our special classes for the ladies in the church. This class meets during the Sunday School hour. This special group of ladies is where many of our widows, our single seniors, and women whose husbands do not attend our church find a place to encourage each other around God’s Word.
